What to expect when you arrive
You sit down. The loan officer asks about your situation and reviews your documents. There is no credit check and no collateral required. The decision rests on your income and ability to repay, not your credit history.
Most applicants hear back in about 30 minutes. If approved, the loan officer walks you through every detail of the terms before you sign anything: the amount, the biweekly payment schedule, the total cost, and when your last payment falls. Loans range from $100 to $3,000 with fixed biweekly payments and no prepayment penalty.
What to bring

- Proof of income: last two paystubs, an awards letter, or bank statements showing deposits
- A valid U.S. issued ID: driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Your Social Security card: the physical card or a clear copy
- Proof of residence: a utility bill, lease, or bank statement from the last 45 days
