The booking system shows real-time availability, so what you see is what is actually open. Pick the branch closest to you, enter your name and contact details, choose a time, and you are set. You will get a confirmation immediately.

## What makes a same-day appointment different from a walk-in

Walk-ins are always welcome. But a same-day appointment gives you priority. When you arrive, your loan officer already knows your name and has a desk ready. The review starts the moment you sit down, not after the people who walked in before you.

This matters most if you are trying to squeeze the visit into a lunch break or after a shift. An appointment means you are not gambling on the lobby being empty.

## What to expect when you arrive

You sit down. The loan officer asks about your situation and reviews your documents. There is no credit check and no collateral required. The decision rests on your income and ability to repay, not your credit history.
