### How does booking an appointment work?

Choose a branch in Salt Lake City, Orem, or St. George, pick a time that works for you, and add your contact details. We'll have your file ready when you arrive, and most visits end with a clear decision in about 30 minutes.

### What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Bring a valid U.S.-issued ID, your Social Security card, proof of income such as your last two paystubs or an awards letter, and proof of residence from the last 45 days. Having these ready helps your visit go quickly.

### Do I need an appointment to visit a branch?

No. Walk-ins are welcome, and weekday branch hours run until 8 PM. Booking ahead simply means your file is ready when you arrive, so you skip the wait.

### Do I need to apply before booking?
